Never received my $25 coupon for submitting my build, and there is no way to contact MicroCenter?

Hello,

i followed a link on this page to submit my build which was approved - and said i would receive a $25 in-store coupon within 48 hours. It's been over a week and i have received nothing.

I am trying to contact MC but there is not contact details anywhere? there chat button does nothing. It's a fake button.

Whats going on at MC? how do i contact someone? how do i get the $25 coupon that was advertised?
