G5 - Hidden City becomes briefly hung on new computer. Looking for assistance.

I just bought a PowerSpec WIN 11, Intel I-9 computer with SSD and video built into the motherboard. Now, when running G5 - Hidden City, it regularly freezes / processing for a few seconds while playing the games within the game. I changed the setting to let it always run in the background and still have the same issue. I do not have this issue with my older, slower WIN-10 so am unable to use it as a comparison. Any thoughts on what else I can do to address this?

Just to confirm is the game you are playing Hidden City®: Hidden Objects & Pictures - G5 Games? This system should be able to run this without an issue. Are all of your Windows updates completed for the computer? I recommend also reinstalling the application if you are able to!
