What is Micro Center's official policy regarding replacement of any Intel’s crashing 13th and 14th Gen CPU in their PowerSpec PC's?

Hello! We will be honoring the warranty for these processors for PowerSpec PCs. This will be handled by our technicians in store at the knowledge bar. The warranty for only the processors of these PowerSpecs will be matching Intel's warranty extension.
Our lab is working very hard at the moment to get BIOS updates pushed out for all affected models (Thank you lab). Here is a link to BIOS updates they have made so far:
Instructions for how to update the BIOS are included in the link as well.
