AMD Purchase. 2 Games reward?

Good Morning, Yesterday i purchased an AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3D bundle at micro center and im looking through my receipt and cant find how to redeem the two games (https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/amd-radeon-ryzen-unknown9_spacemarine2.aspx) Space Marine 2 and Unknown9 Awaken do i need to call the store? or is there another step i need to do first?

Same thing happened to me with 7800x3d.

I contacted technical support and they said they have run out codes.

If they get more codes, you might be able to get a code. But, it won't be automatic.
