Did not get my AMD CPU purchase promo code on the receipt

I purchased a Ryzen 7 7800x3d recently, and neither then digital or physical receipt have the promotional codes advertised for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 and Unknown 9: Awakening. Could I please get the code sent to me?
