Can someone from Microcenter PM me about a Dell Support issue
Dell does not recognize my service tag for warranty service even though i have a receipt from microcenter and a picture on the back of the device that both show the same number. Microcenter Chat asked me to work with the store manager and i did with little success. I have the dell ticket number, at this point i cannot receive service on my $1300 monitor.. Not a great feeling…
