Display Issues with cpu and motherboard

So I recently bought a whole new pc built that i was planning on building for the first time I did. I bought a Ryzen 5 5600 with a Gigabyte B450M DS3H WiFi motherboard. The issue is that when I put everything together, it still wasn't displaying an output. While doing some research, I came to the realization that I need to update the bios using an older gen cpu. Is it possible that I could come to the nearest microcenter near me, so maybe they can help me???
