PowerSpec G902 need to update BIOS and Chipset

Hi, on my 3rd PowerSpec box, this one is 2+ years old, no issues, but this morning about 90 mins after booting up, it just froze and restarted on it's own.

Current Specs:

  • Processor: AMD Ryzen™ 9 5900X processor
  • OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
  • System Board: ASUS TUF X570 Gaming PLUS WIFI System Board
  • System Memory: 64GB DDR4-3200
  • Hard Drive: 2TB NVMe Solid State Drive
  • Video: NVIDIA GeForce® RTX 3080 10GB PCI Express
  • Sound: Integrated 8 Channel HD Audio ALC1200A
  • LAN: Realtek Integrated 10/100/1000 Ethernet
  • LAN: Dual Band Wireless B/G/N/AC/Bluetooth
  • Software: ESET Internet Security Trial and Microsoft Office 365 Trial
  • Power Supply: 750 Watt 80+ Gold Modular Power Supply

I pull the logs and went through them with a 10 min +/- before the freeze and reboot.

I found what I believe to be the culprit seconds before the freeze and reboot which was a Cache Hierarchy Error The "WHEA-Logger" event, indicating a fatal hardware error (Cache Hierarchy Error)

It occurred seconds to the time of the unexpected restart. This hardware error is the most likely culprit for the restart after looking into it.

I looked at my MyAsus app and see that I am behind on both BIOS update and Chip update.

I need to flash/upgrade my BIOS and the Chipset.

Thing is after hitting F2 and Delete that takes me to the BIOS setting, I see no where I can do that?
