Bambu Lab A1 Combo Extruder Issue

I just purchased a Bambu lab A1 combo and just finished putting it together. This is my 3rd printer but first Bambu one. It ran through all the initial self-tests, and I got to the home screen and the printer kept giving me an error message: "The toolhead is malfunctioning please restart the device." I scanned the QR code and it brough me to the Bambu wiki and it said to check the USB-C connection on the bottom of the printer I checked it multiple times unplugged and repluged it in and restarted the printer probably 20 times trying to get it to work. Eventually I got it to work, and I started on of the included test prints but halfway though it stopped and started trying to cut the filament and kept jamming the toolhead into the cutter causing it to skip steps. It continued to do this for about 3 minutes before I just turned it off because it wasn't working. When I turn on the printer also the nozzle temperature shows 4C then 3C 2C and 1C and finally 0C and then gives me an error message. I have tried to see if the cable was faulty with another cable and that did not work either.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on how I can fix this.
