How do I get my code from you guys?

Hi, I bought a 7800x3d and Pro B650 combo on Amazon and I’m wondering how/when I would get the AMD rewards code from y’all because it’s been a month since I bought it.

Hey, what kind of code were you looking for? Generally any code you would get should be on your receipt.

@Subzero I haven't heard anything back from them and it's been about a week for me. They told me they are escalating this to the Amazon team.

I bought a 7700xx and Pro B650. I don't know what else we can do to get our Codes.

Yes they did reach out to me yesterday. They said they are working on it and I should get it pretty soon.

Another week has went by haven't herd anything back from Microcenter about AMD codes promotion.
We spend our money faithfully with Microcenter and AMD is making you guys look bad.
