Intel 13900k is dead (Store bought powerspec)

Hi I purchased a machine a year ago with a 2 year repair/replacement plan. With all the 13th gen intel issues I waited out until the 0x129 microcode update in hopes of it fixing my CPU issues and they unfortunately have not resolved infact gotten worse so I'm sure it's dying.

• My computer will random reboot
• Game will not load any games at all

What is the process or what can be done? Will teh store simply replace the CPU with a non-damaged one or am I going to have to wait days (or even weeks) for a replacement?

We would need to diagnose it in store to verify the failure, but the part would be replaced in store from inventory. The time to service can vary from store to store, but the factory PowerSpec warranty is expedited.

Good to hear that the warranty is expedited! They are out of 13th gen but one of them mentioned replacing it with a 14th gen I really hope they go that route!~

It's been over 1 day will be day 2 tomorrow, they told they had to run power stress tests with my PSU and other tests which of course all passed, is it typical to run a power stress test when I am taking in my PC for a CPU problem? I feel like all these extra tests that are taking over 2 days is very suspicious.

Power stress tests are warranted by the symptoms. Restarts with no crash sound more like a PSU issue. A failing processor should be unstable, you should see BSOD's and rounding errors and it should log a crash dump. Nothing is 100%, we see unusual symptoms for an issue sometimes, but they will have to work through it.
