Bought Case With a Cracked Glass Panel, Can I Return Just the Glass?
I bought and built my new PC yesterday, using a Lian-Li O11 Dynamic EVO RGB case. After finishing the build, I noticed the case has a big chip in the glass (not from my own actions, it looks like a manufacturing defect). Is it possible to just get new glass panels instead of returning the whole case? I'd rather not have to take apart my whole build at this point, and everything else with the case is perfectly fine.

Hello! For returns generally, the entire case would need to be exchanged. I will send you an email shortly to see if there is anything we can do to accommodate this.

Looking at this, it appears this was actually already handled by the team in store for you!
