need recommendations for a build

first off i dont know a whole lot about computers except using them. looking for a moderate gaming pc that will run baldurs gate 3 intel i7 8gen or higher or i5 12 gen my 2 monitors have hdmi not display ports( i could get adapter though) 16 gb ram at least and upgradeable if possible, 1 tb ssd. psu 600w? gpu as well nvidia geforce rtx 2060 super? would also need windows 10 or 11 not pro, probably heatsink and not sure on cooling system? budget is around $850 also want to stay away from 13/14 gen intel since they seem to be glitchy

forgot to mention my monitors that i am will be using which may help. not sure how could they are but they are working
