powerspec G470 BIOS update?
Looking to update the bios on my G470, it has the Asus TUF GAMING Z690-Plus wifi D4 BIOS Ver 9901 (original bios?). When I download the newest bios from asus's website, it extracts to a .cap file. I point the EZ Flash utility in the bios to that file and it comes back that it's not a valid UEFI bios file? What am I doing wrong?

I've tried several of the bios files from this site. https://www.asus.com/us/motherboards-components/motherboards/tuf-gaming/tuf-gaming-z690-plus-wifi-d4/helpdesk_bios?model2Name=TUF-GAMING-Z690-PLUS-WIFI-D4

That's the right page. Try another flash drive, redownload the file. Partition the drive FAT32.
