ASRock AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT Challenger Pro upgrade??

looking to upgrade my GPU to something better. I have a LG Ultragear 49" display and I feel that my current GPU doesn't do justice for the display. what would be the best options to upgrade to? would I have to upgrade my 650w psu as well?
