G714 BIOS Update
So I've been currently experiencing a couple unreal engine crashes while gaming so I was wondering if updating the BIOS to the latest version was safe to do with the last update I did being for when I kept getting the BSOD errors and had to update the bios to the E7D78AZ1.1M6 version. Will the latest update retain these fixes?

Also is using the BIOS versions for the MSI b650 Pro wifi on the MSI website a bad idea? Should I just update to 1MC and see if it'll stop the Unreal engine crashes?

Yes, I would test 1MC first. That's our latest release. There's no issue with using the MSI BIOS, except you won't get the automatic driver updates we target at the board. It'll change the vendor back to MSI in the SMBIOS data instead of MicroElectronics.

What automatic drivers get updated exactly? Since it's automatic does that mean I don't have to do anything and the drivers will get updated? And the latest MSI drivers won't have the old BSOD issues if I use them right?

We push the driver set we test on each OS version. MSI tests and pushes the latest available drivers as well. It shouldn't matter. You can always update from the MSI Site or MSI Center as well. Nvidia pushes their latest driver, but it takes several months. I'd always stay up on that one manually.

I also have similar issues. I’m tempted to try updating to the latest bios on the Msi website but I’m afraid it might throw off my settings.
