PC shut off and will not boot

So i built a pc about 2 years ago. I have had no problems until yesterday, when the pc randomly shut off. The fans were still on, and the light indicator on the top of the case showed that it was still on, but it seemed to no longer be outputting anything to my display or headphones, or be connected to my mouse/keyboard/accessories. I was unable to shut it off with the power button, so i unplugged the power supply, waited 30 seconds, and replugged. When i attempted to turn it on again, the fans turned on along with the DRAM and CPU lights on the motherboard, but not the case light that shows the pc is on. Neither did my keyboard/mouse light up as they normally do when connected to the pc while it is on. I attempted to fix this with my brother, and we took out the battery from the motherboard and held the power button for 30 seconds, which did nothing. Still wasn’t turning on completely. No change. Afterwards, we tested both RAM sticks and nothing seemed wrong there. I can only conclude the problem is with the cpu. Any advice here? I’m really devastated I haven’t been able to solve this. All the online info i find shows me solutions i’ve already tried, the motherboard battery and ram stick ones.
