Activation of ESET Antivirus Serial Number not recognized

Hello,

I bought a PowerSpec G521 last Saturday. When I tried to activate the ESET license, the site does not recognize the serial number of the PC. I understand that the serial number is the numbers that appear on the back of the PC. I even tried combining the numbers with the PowerSpec model (G521) but it does not work. I wonder whether that I am using the right number or that ESET database still does not include the serial number of my PC.
