whats the best parts i can get for 2000$ I can go a little above budget

i will be playing games at 1440p and the games i will mainly play is last of us pt 1 and cyberpunk 2077 and other graphic intensive games what i use right now is a pc with a 4060ti prebuilt its holding up but i want to build a new one from scratch
