Question about front USB ports
When I tried to use the front port to create a recovery drive it did not work. I put it in one of the rear ports and it worked.
I can transfer files with the front port but there is no eject option on the taskbar under hidden icons, it was there when I used the rear port.
Why is this?

That's pretty strange, could be a bad header panel. Did it ever work properly?

It never worked correctly. Tech support said I the case may need to be replaced, I plan on returning it.
