Cost to replace ssd and install Windows on a dual drive system HP Desktop

My brother-in-law has a HP where the ssd drive where Windows is installed when tested with HP's diagnostic tests failed. The reason I tested it is that Windows boots, works for a while then a blue windows show up and says boot devise not found. If you wait a while, turn it off and turn it back up, windows boots again. I'm assuming its going to fail totally one day so looking to replace the drive before it does. Looking to get an approximate cost to replace the drive and install windows back on it. It's an HP product # 3UQ80AA.
