My Vector Pro 2 laptop remains at 0% battery and also shuts down/restarts randomly
I am having trouble with my laptop. While plugged in, it stays at 0% and rarely it charges. If it does charge and the random restart occurs, the battery goes back to 0. I looked at the reliability history and found that the node center GSCservice was crashing around the same time as my crashes. I was wondering if anyone had similar problems or had a fix. I attached a photo of the crash report.
Thanks

just close out the program and remove it from the startup apps section? That way you can still keep the program just in case you'd like to change your keyboard colors.
it should be like a program that needs to run in the background.
