Should I upgrade my PowerSpec B661 to Windows 10 Pro
Can and should I upgrade my Powerspec B661 to Windows 10 from the Windows 7 it is on presently? Or just upgrade entirely to newer computer?

It should support Windows 10. However it's a pretty old system at this point, upgrading may be the better option.
