Upgrade or Replace - most economical choice?
Have a PowerSpec B661 running Windows 7 Pro - never upgraded/installed the Windows 10 Pro it also came with. Install and upgrade to 10 Pro or just replace everything with new and updated tech.

8 year old system. Personally I'd just grab one of the motherboard/CPU/RAM combo packs and upgrade most of the system. Pick up an NVMe drive while you're at it.
