Online Support Chat

I bought a refurb computer a few weeks ago (Madison Hts MI store) - I need two small parts to replace those that are defective. Hardly worth the >100 mile round trip back to the store for these, perhaps to find they do not even have the parts on hand.

First I went to the MC website - no phone numbers listed that I could find in any expected place. Then I tried multiple "Chat Online" buttons on various pages and all were deactivated/non-working. So I sent an email over the web portal. We'll see how that works out.

So, is this absence of online chat for support a temporary problem or is that the new policy?
