Online Support Chat

I bought a refurb computer a few weeks ago (Madison Hts MI store) - I need two small parts to replace those that are defective. Hardly worth the >100 mile round trip back to the store for these, perhaps to find they do not even have the parts on hand.

First I went to the MC website - no phone numbers listed that I could find in any expected place. Then I tried multiple "Chat Online" buttons on various pages and all were deactivated/non-working. So I sent an email over the web portal. We'll see how that works out.

So, is this absence of online chat for support a temporary problem or is that the new policy?

Hello! We did have some known issues going on with our chat yesterday which should be fixed now. Very sorry! I see that you were able to speak with some of our representatives in email, however. Please let us know if you have nay other questions!

It's still going on today. If this helps, the error I'm getting is:

ReferenceError: Can't find variable: zE

Looks like it is something in the popchat() function. This is strange because zE appear to be a function itself, not a variable.
