Improve my build? Help a beginner out! (Part list included)

Hi all,

I am super new to this. I would appreciate any help. I am a long time console player looking for my first build. Currently have a PS5 but looking to own a PC to expanding my gaming.

I would like to play AAA games at 1440p 100-120 FPS or 4k 60 FPS. I also have PSVR2 so with the new PSVR2 adapter I would like to play VR games through steam with my headset.

There are the pre-built options I can take as my first PC…wondering how much of a performance difference each build is and what is best for my needs..
