Fast air-cooled PC build - PC Builder parts list included

I'm building a new PC that I want to be fast but my needs for a graphics card are fairly low. I edit video but the only video game I play is Microsoft Flight Simulator. The video card I picked is probably more than I need but it needs to support 3 monitors. I won't overclock the main CPU so I'm hoping to get by with a CPU heatsink and cooler, and several case fans - the case I picked has 3 x 120 mm fans, but I'm considering 2 additional in the top. The case may be an odd choice, but I need an external 5.25" drive bay for an optical drive and there are only 3 cases available (wow!). For storage, I plan to use 2 x 4TB M.2 drives using RAID 1, with no additional SATA drives but I'd like to be able to connect one if needed.

Nice build! Only recommended change I have is a 'be quiet' or 'Noctua' CPU cooler. I have found them to be a bit more reliable!
