Need Help Choosing Parts

I am looking to buy a custom-built PC for virtualization (Proxmox). I want to run a mix of VMs running various Macintosh OSs, Windows 10/11, and Linux distros. I will probably need 3 GPUs to pass each one through my 3 VM types (Mac, Win, & Linux). One of those GPUs needs to be Hackintosh compatible (ie. RTX 6650). VMs want lots of cores and lots of memory. My proposed custom build (available here at Microcenter) is (They won't let me post the link!)

This is my first attempt at a custom build so I would appreciate any feedback on compatibility issues, bad choices, overkill, etc. My budget is $10K. I have oversized things a bit because of the multiple GPU requirement. I own a Radeon VII (also Hackintosh compatible). I am assuming both the Radeon VII and the Radeon 6650 XT will be compatible with both Windows 10/11 and Linux.
