Never received receipt for computer purchased tonight

Hello — I bought a computer in person and they looked up my account and asked I would like the receipt emailed. However, I never received an email and I have no order in my order history on this accoun.

The account I am using now from a while back, and now that I log in I see the street address on this account is different from the one they pulled up when I was in the store, so I'm not sure which account they were looking at. Both accounts would have used my email so I'm not sure how I can actually access a possible other account since all my attempts to log in with phone number and email all take me to this one.

What is the best way to get an actual email sent to me? Do I have to do this through customer support, or is there a way to find and access this other account? I didn't get a paper receipt since I was expecting an email receipt, and I want to have it handy since this is a sizeable purchase. If a microcenter representative is reading and can help, I can provide specific info regarding the purchase (location, time, cost etc). Thank you
