I am interested in the Neptune which Microcenter sells the Barebones and the Atom Man G7 mini

which Microcenter currently sells complete system.

My question is I know there is 60 day support. Say I have an issue after that say 6 months or year etc

can I take it into Microcenter for repairs or tech support as this is a small Chinese company.

2. Does Microcenter carry an all inclusive Warranty I could purchase for this say for 2 years

where I can just bring it in for a problem and it is repaired or replaced..

would make me more comfortabl in buying this.

3. I like the Barebone neptune the best would microcenter install the ram/ssd for me and warranty it

Those are great questions! Because we are not an Authorized Service Provider we would not be able to handle repairs through the Minisforum warranty.

We do offer plans to protect your system, we would be able to handle repairs or replacement, or in the worst case if we aren't able to do either we would provide you a gift card with store credit for the original purchase price of your system.
