Wanting to Return product purchased in store but live to far away

Recently purchased a 4070 from a Micro Center on a trip and immediately had coil whine and would like to return it. Would it be possible to ship the item back to the store as returning it in person would be impossible for the distance needed to the closest Micro Center.

for additional information, it was purchased two days ago and is the Asus 4070 Ti Super Prime. I paired it with the Corsair 850x and used the adapter that came with the Asus card initially (using 2x PCie Cables) and have high coil whine under normal gaming load. I swapped it for the Corsair Premium 12v cable that my PSU can use. This reduced the coil whine but is still clearly audible even over Fractal's extremely loud stock fans. I may want to return the PSU and GPU together if possible
