Need Help Choosing Parts

Hi! I am trying to build a new PC for the first time, and was hoping to get some advice on the parts I selected. I can't seem to post any links just yet, so I will just list the parts I have selected at the very bottom of this post and some question I have. My budget($1500) is pretty similar to the what the parts I have already selected, but I willing to spend more and always happy to go cheaper. I am pretty much fixed on the CPU and GPU I have selected, but willing to listen to any advice on the GPU changes if there need to be any. Basically, I am asking for any part changes(if needed) or any additions besides the Bundle deal I will be purchasing. If there is any additional information I can provide, please let me know! Yes, you can get any 4060 Ti you like. The ones with 3 fans will probably spin them a little slower and thus a little quieter than the ones with 2 fans. IDK how much difference that will make or if it matters to you. Also, the white ones tend to cost more just because white plastic is harder to make so unless you really care about color coordinating get a black one. The Gigabyte Eagle is a good choice IMO but up to you.
