Credit card doesn't work?

Today I tried to make a purchase at the Parkville, MD store. I had a SSD I ordered online to pickup, and some PSN cards I was getting for a gift. At the register I used my Micro Center Insider card, swiped it, and it behaved as if I never did. I tried this multiple times with no luck. The store created a temp card, tried the same thing and it behaved as if nothing was done. I went to another register, and the same thing happened. The store manager believed it was due to the PSN cards, so we rang up just the SSD, and that failed in the same way.

The account is well under it's limit, and I used the card 2 weeks ago to purchase something else. Any ideas as to what I need to do to get this working?

Edit: Just to note, the card never came back as declined at any time, it wasn't recognized, both the physical and temp card.
