Need Help Choosing Parts

I'm replacing 16 core threadripper 1950x/180Ti/64GB ram work and game machine. Intermittent hardware issues+end of windows 10 → new build. Work requirements (thread heavy POV-Ray renders) point to CPU choice, play requirements (1440 for visual single player RPG's like Cyberpunk) point to GPU choice. Thinking:

• AMD - Ryzen 9 7950X (16 core)
• MSI X670E MAG Tomahawk, Gigabyte
• NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Windforce
• G.Skill - Flare X5 Series 64GB (2 x 32GB) DDR5-6000 PC5-48000 CL30
• cooling: AIO 360mm prefer ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III but will consider others depending on stock
• Case mid-ATX (previous builds have been FUll Tower) thinking Lian Li - Lancool 216 RGB
• Storage: WD - SN770 2TB plus recycled HDD and SSD
• 1000W modular PSU (prefer Corsair but will see what is in stock)

For now keeping 1440 monitor, mechanical keyboard and ergonomic mouse.

Am I doing anything boneheaded here?

That all looks fine to me.

If you switch brands on the AIO, check the software that comes with it. Some of them don't have much in the way of controls or monitoring.
