I need a copy of my receipt emailed to me

On 3/25/24 I spent $5,913.59 on a new rig for myself, and a prebuilt for my son. I need a copy of that receipt emailed to me, and I have no idea why it is such a herculean act to obtain another copy. I apparently didn't have an online profile at the time, and it did not associate with my name, email, or phone number (which in and of itself is concerning, seeing as how I received confirmations and surveys to that email about the purchase).

Please let me know if I need to provide any additional information and I'm happy to do so.
