Warranty question.
Some of the people will tell you that when you want to upgrade just use the warranty. That is kind of my situation. I finally got to start using the monitor I bought for work and it is just too dark. I paid for the 2 year warranty. Can I really just go in and say it is too dark?

Hi! I see that you were able to come in store and purchase a new monitor! Has everything been working well for you?
