This is a PowerSpec Questions
I purchased a PowerSpec computer without full disclosure that it was a Microcenter product. Now, I can't add my printer and it is not user friendly for someone who is a basic computer user. I should have been told that I would not get support with this product and that it was a Microcenter product. Who do i complain to?

We have phone, text, email and chat support available for our systems here:
We do offer a return window on our systems as well. Our systems are basically custom built PC's with a lot of effort taken to test and provide an OEM like system. There shouldn't be any compatibility issues with a printer unless it's with the current version of Windows 11. Let me know what printer you have and I'll take a look for you.
