I was wondering if a Galahad II Trinity Performance 360mm could effectively cool a Ryzen 9 9900x for gaming and workstation tasks, when paired with a 4070 ti super.

I decided to go with a 9800x3d instead, and I was wondering, what would be the best price to performance cool that can keep it a good amount below the thermal throttle limit at full load? Like would the the montech hyperflow 360 be good?
