Which Memory to upgrade

I have a Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite X Wifi 7 Motherboard with I9-14900K CPU
I am using DDR 5 , 4 16GB Corsair 2x16 totaling 64GB I am wondering if I replace them with more memory using 4 2X32 totaling 128GB would make a difference and if so which to get.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, Not sure what to do with the older memory which is still perfect.

Honestly 64GB should be plenty these days to run almost everything.. Is there a specific program you are using that requires high memory usage?
