Open-Box 4090 GPU Labeled "Complete" Missing Essential Components & Gross

My first time at MicroCenter and I was excited. I live three hours away from the store and drove as I got recommended by many to go here to get PC parts for my build.

I purchased an open-box GPU (GeForce RTX 4090 SUPRIM LIQUID X 24G), labeled as "Complete." I got unmounted fans with no screws needed for the product. (A new one would come complete with the fans mounted to the radiator) The missing mouse pad is unique/limited edition for this exact GPU. Finally to top it off it is missing the necessary power adapter.

Other issue is the GPU was dirty… I rubbed my finger across getting dirt/dust buildup on my finger from multiple areas. I can understand dust within hard to reach areas, but how is there visible dirtiness on open flat surfaces. I put gloves on to unbox it. There are even some scuffs here and there.

So before I left I ask the employee about their open box GPUs (if this is complete and tested.) I got a yes, we ensure it is complete, clean, and tested. He even checked some green tag they have. I got home to this, now making in-person resolution difficult. I am sad guys
