Need to make a warranty claim but chat on website is broken

Hi. My motherboard appears to be defective and I need to make a remote warranty claim (purchased the Microcenter warranty while I was at the store). I tried to start an online chat but it seems all of the start chat buttons on the site do not have any links associated so it's literally just a picture. How do I start a chat session so I can start my warranty process.
