Let's be honest here, there's no good pc places in Hot Springs, there are a couple mom and pops shops around here, but they just specialize in building and fixing the pcs they are handed, they rarely sell parts or pre-builts.

This would be a great opportunity for microcenter, since the best places to buy any pc parts here are Walmart, and Best Buy. It's an untapped market in Arkansas. Have it in Little Rock, Conway, or Hot Springs, and business would boom. The nearest microcenter is in Dallas Texas, and let's be real. No one wants to drive 6-8 hours to get there. 

Land in Arkansas, is ABUNDANTLY cheap, and you could instantly get a huge lot needed for your Microcenter anywhere. 

Employees; There is a lack of tech jobs here, despite having a college dedicated to tech and health. You'd have plenty of people lining up to work there, and cost of living in Arkansas is pretty low compared to other states. Employee labour wouldn't cost that much, nor would the land itself. It's an untapped market, where it would be cheap to get in, and y'all would be the best computer store around, especially since we don't have anything major.
