Fan noise

I have just purchased a MSI Aegis Z2 C8NUE-1059US Gaming PC which I intend to use more for photo editing as well as studying and education. My concern is that the fans - after using the Fan Tuning option on the MSI control center - continue to produce on average 40 decibels of sound. I would like a "quiet" PC in the range of 20-25 Hz while at "idle". I have checked Task Manager and there are no large apps running in the background. Is there any thing more that I can do to lower the speed and sound of the case fans?

To access and adjust fan speeds:

• Enter BIOS: Boot your computer and access the BIOS settings by pressing the designated key during startup (usually DEL or F2).
• Navigate to Fan Control: Find the "Fan Control" or "Hardware Monitor" section in the BIOS.
• Select Fan Headers: Choose the specific fan headers you want to adjust.
• Set Fan Curve: Define the desired fan speed based on temperature ranges.
