Scammed out of windows

I bought my computer from here and I have already left a bad review but again they are screwing me over. I have been emailing back and forth and at first they wanted to help me but then they switched. I got my computer in September before I left for school and a month and a half later my windows deactivated. I asked for them to help me fix it or At least get my money for windows back and they said “ your build that was completed 4-5 months ago.

We understand how frustrating this can. Unfortunately, I could not provide you with a new window key or issue any refunds for labor.“ but I haven’t upgraded my computer and the only updates that have been done to it is Microsoft's window updates. This is the second issue I have had with this store and I regret ever purchasing something from here.
