MC expansion to Tampa/Wesley Chapel area?

Hey MicroCenter….why haven't you come to Wesley Chapel yet? We've consistently been 1 of the fastest growing areas in the US for the past 10 years. As a resident here, I can honestly say that this middle-upper middle class community loves to splurge. It's an area surrounded by younger, tech savvy families with close proximity to University of South Florida which has 1 of the largest Computer Science depts in the country. We are also filled with tech based charter schools, office parks, and call centers. I think we would be your target demographic.

With all of the recently empty Winn Dixie grocery stores, Bed Bath and Beyond stores, and even old Toys R Us buildings….real estate should not be a prob. NOT having a location here is a missed opportunity!

Hello! Just saw your other comment in another post :) We don't have a program like that in place at the moment, however, we will be sure to let our real estate team know that we're needed in Tampa!

Totally agree. Tampa area is most populated area on the West Coast and could technically serve Orlando area as well. That is a lot of coverage.
