Terrible customer service.
Micro center removed their phone number for their store, perhaps because when you try to actually contact the line after waiting in a queue for half an hour it tells you there is a problem, tells you to try again later, and then hangs up on you. I try to use the online chat assistance and it doesn't even work. I live an hour away from micro center and need to set up for replacing a mouse that was sold to me, as the battery keeps dying and the mouse keeps shutting off, and yet there is no way to contact ya'll ahead of time? No way to set up an appointment, or to make sure the drive isn't going to be a waste? How the hell do people even get the service they need?
