First time build_RAM error light_Looking for Advice

Hi All….I am a first time builder. Got all parts in place. But RAM light is on and screen will not display. Got 2 new replacement sticks as we thought it may be bad RAM, but problem persists.

Any advice for what to do next?

try a single stick in the mother board and see if that does anything , if using both it should be slots 1,3 or 2,4 if its a 4 ram slot board

take battery out and reset settings for motherboard and see if it helps too
