New PC or just upgrade ?

I am thinking about a new gaming pc. I currently have a Cyberpower PC, with a R7 7700x, 32GB DDR5 ram, and a 4060ti 16GB card.
I am thinking about getting a R7 7800x3d bundle, but graphics card stock is very low it seems. Would I be able to get the bundle and just add it to my current system, or would I have to get new pc case, psu, etc.
I mainly only need a 1440 build. Thanks
