Is it possible to get a return on my custom PC?

I’ve read through the return policy.. so my hopes are on the ground seeing as I’ve had this custom PC for 3 months. However, I figured I’d post before I went to sell it elsewhere.

Since getting my custom PC build it has failed to work more times then I can count. Even after bringing it into Micro Center multiple times where they’ve said nothing seems to be wrong.
I decided to “give up” on it 3 months in because I assumed it was on my end if the employees were so certain. But after checking everything from my voltage to possible IP spoofing I genuinely don’t know what the problem could be.

If anyone knows the possibility of a pity return lmk lol. If not that’s chill too ^^
