Purchased an Intel Arc B580 a month ago and did not receive a Master Key Upon Purchase
Hi, I purchased my Intel Arc B580 and did not receive a Master Key Upon Purchase for Assassin's Creed Shadows. Is there any customer service member that could please help me get this Master Key? The purchase was a month ago.

Are you talking about this promotion (24Q4-24 Intel® Holiday Bundle)?
I bought my ASRock Steel Legends when they came out and did not receive a code either (but it's possible that the promotion wasn't running when those cards were released).
